Pretty cool and original stuff. I'm a little confused though. First he says they are created with software: Maya, mental ray, Photoshop, ZBrush, then he says they are on canvas with acrylic paint. He does say they are printed on the canvas though, so that sounds really cool. The art looks great. I love the "Wall of Z-Men." I definately have to find out how to print digital paintings onto canvas with acrylic paints. I've been doing it backwards by making digital pictures of my acrylic canvas paintings. The picture right below the "Wall of Z-Men" is my favorite though. Some big nosed dude with a tree helmet and some spray junk under his foot. His blog names him Assassin. The 3-D versions are really neat because not only can the guy paint, but he knows all that software stuff too. Very good idea too for use as reference for his comic but those forearms on the front view of Dangerine and the elbows on the sideview of Nightwalker are completely whacked out. That last picture in the gallery opening series on his blog looks pretty interesting. The really big pic with the number 338 in the corner. What is that tentacle thing making it's way across the field?
