Cheat Day the Aftermath.

Cheat day was legend... wait for it, wait for it... Dary! Ok, so not so much a big deal as I thought it was going to be. Started with the high protein omelet breakfast as I am supposed to and apparently this killed my appetite as I ended up skipping IHOP and having ice cream for lunch and then a normal non-diet dinner. And how did it destroy my diet?? Oh, added 2 lbs first thing in the next morning and throughout various times of the day my weight got up to as high as 292. But with todays weigh in I am back down to 288, so we will see if I am back to 286 tomorrow and continue to loose beyond that. OK, time for black eyed peas and kale, stir fry steak, and peas and carrots! yum!

Take a photo of the kale. I gotta see that.

Already ate it, but we got more, so I will take a picture next meal I have it. Looks like spinach, taste, well I don't know if I taste it or not. Just know that it is really good together.

By the way, what the hell is dary?
I waited for it and waited for it, but I don't know what it is.

Hey, so there's week 1. 12/27 - 1/5
You lost 5.4 lbs.
6.718 lbs of it was fat & 0.68 was muscle. Wait, that doesn't add up.
That's 7.398 lbs. That's 1.998 pounds more than you lost.
Oh I see. You put on 0.8% of 287 lbs more water.
No, because that is 2.296 lbs. There's still a 0.298 lb discrepancy.
I guess less than a third of a pound missing somewhere in the numbers isn't that big of a deal.
It's only 0.1% of your total body weight.
OK, that's enough math.

Well it will never add up 100% with the tools I have available. There are so many variables, who knows. Maybe a little extra poo is causing the difference. I am more concerned with the wildly fluctuating numbers throughout the day, but only because I want to try and get a stable comparison point each day. So this week I am going to try and weigh in at several points during the day and see how all the data tracks throughout the week. And when I get a chance I'll do some research on our bioelectrical impedance scales as well.

Wait a minute. You've updated.
One Week = 12/27-1/5
You lost a total of 1 lb.
17.4 lbs lost was fat.
11.36 lbs gained was water.
3.45 lbs gained was muscle.
0.2 lbs gained was bone.
That's a total of 15.01 lbs gained.
So there's still a mysterious 1.03 lbs missing somewhere, but so what.
