I'm in shape. Round is a shape....isn't it?
After two months off from various family issues, I am back on the diet again this weekend. I have slacked off on all aspects and have only been pretty good about doing kick boxing. I have scheduled a doctors appointment for a check-up and to talk about my lower back, but I am going to increase the intensity and frequency of my workouts. Not sure yet if I am ready for P90X, but gonna give it a try. will be doing the fitness test very soon and will post the results. In any case this post is just establishing the starts of it all.
