Kicking it up a notch.

This morning I started a new workout routine. Well actually I just added yet another workout to what I am already doing. Without bloviating too much I started with the following:

Push up - 10
Declined sit up - 10
Squats - 20
Calf Raises - 100
Mountain Climber - 10
Declined Dive bomber - 15
Straight Leg Side Kicks - 20
Straight Leg Front Kicks - 20
Bent Knee Front Kick - 20
Rapid Roundhouse - 10

Stretching for better martial arts flexibility. A lot of hip and thigh stretches here.

My goal is to do these each morning adding 1 each day, until I change it all up again.

Hey, when you say you'd like to do this every day, do you mean every day, or four days on - three days off?
